I don't like killing things, and crickets aren't so bad by themselves. Usually I just cover them with a towel and leave them outside. But I don't want them nesting in the kitchen (shudder). Family business, where it seems like they cover all the admin and exterminating with just two people! They were able to squeeze me in that day, and scheduled an arrival time (a time, not a 4-hour window!). Arrived on time and did a thorough inspection to make sure all the bug entrances were found and blocked. Offered several options for what he could do, and the prices. I was super impressed that he took the care to plug all of the gaps with steel wool and tape. He even cleaned up the crickets he killed! I hope I won't have to call them again (at least, not until next season), but I definitely recommend them. Thorough job, great work ethic, nice people all round.
