I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Brennan Pest Control. I'd recommend them to ANYONE in a heartbeat! I recently moved into a cottage in Amityville and after our first night here, I woke up to find the kitchen MOVING. The house was infested with more ants than I've ever seen! After two weeks of trying to battle them myself with Terro, they seemed to be multiplying instead of dying off! I found Brennan on Yelp, read their reviews, and decided to give them a call. I scheduled an appointment with Mike the exterminator on a Monday. The very kind woman who runs the phones in their office said that he would be at my house around midday - and as anyone who has ever made a service appointment knows, I assumed that meant I'd be trapped in the house all day waiting for him to arrive. However, he was EARLY! He hadn't even started treating and I was already pleased!

The day that I opened the laundry room and found 5 crickets having a party, and what seemed like hundreds of cave crickets hoping around the garage, I gave up and called Brennan pest. I don't like killing things, and crickets aren't so bad by themselves. Usually I just cover them with a towel and leave them outside. But I don't want them nesting in the kitchen (shudder). Family business, where it seems like they cover all the admin and exterminating with just two people! They were able to squeeze me in that day, and scheduled an arrival time (a time, not a 4-hour window!). Arrived on time and did a thorough inspection to make sure all the bug entrances were found and blocked. Offered several options for what he could do, and the prices. I was super impressed that he took the care to plug all of the gaps with steel wool and tape. He even cleaned up the crickets he killed! I hope I won't have to call them again (at least, not until next season), but I definitely recommend them. Thorough job, great work ethic, nice people all round.

We had a problem with ants and called Brennan based on the positive things written about them. Those reviews were accurate. Mike was very detailed in his review of the areas where the ants were seen, and other areas where they could have been doing damage. He then provided an explanation of what we were experiencing and took the necessary steps to eliminate the problem. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and we appreciated that there was no hard sell to get a contract for multiple treatments. I highly recommend Brennan if you have a pest problem.

You can imagine how upset I was when I noticed an infestation of carpenter ants. I found Brennan Termite & Pest Control Co. online and immediately called them. Michael Brennan was extremely professional, honest, courteous and answered all of my questions. The final cost was actually lower than his phone estimate. I strongly recommend this company. Michael made me feel like I was his most important customer.
